Impact Hub Rome is a physical space of inspiration for work, meetings, training, knowledge exchange, connections and the development of innovative ideas and sustainable business models. Our space consists of 3 areas: a relax area, a meeting room and an open space.
Each area can be rented for events / workshops / conferences / meetings both to hubber (at a discounted price) and to outsiders.

The relax area is the ideal space for informal events such as presentations (up to 15 people), cultural and networking events. It consists of the entrance ramp, the cafeteria area for internal use and the corridor leading to the open space.
Do you need a meeting room for your business meetings or small training events? Our meeting room, located on the first floor, is a room of about 12 square meters, which can accommodate up to 8/10 seats. The room guarantees the following services:
- Wifi internet coverage with fiber
- 34 inch screen with hdmi cable
- 45 inch wall monitor
- hosting service

Our Open Space can host various types of events: educational, musical, artistic (presentation of books, talks), up to a maximum of 35 sessions arranged as needed.
The room has:
- tables with 4 seats each
- wifi coverage with fiber

Furthermore, external to the estimate, on request:
- audio system (monitor speakers, mixer and microphones)
- flip chart
- television with hdmi connection
- live streaming & audio / video recording
